Dear State and Local Building Trades Leader:
The State Building and Construction Trades Council of California has produced a new video that demonstrates the overall value that prevailing wage laws provide to workers, the community, and to taxpayers.
It is a compelling piece of work which can, and should, be used by other councils to show their lawmakers and local officials how prevailing wage laws contribute to public construction being done "Right the First Time."
