Dear Member:

Please be advised that nominations for Chapter Chairman, Recording Secretary and Sergeant at Arms for each of the chapters will take place at each of the April chapter meetings. Below is a reminder of the dates, times and addresses for the chapter meetings: 

Long Island City, New York

April 3, 2013, 4:30 PM, at 48-18 Queens Blvd., Woodside, New York 11377

Elizabeth, New Jersey,

April 10, 2013, 5:00 PM at 625 Pulaski St., Elizabeth, New Jersey 07202

Runnemede, New Jersey

April 17, 2013, 5:00 PM, at 600 North Black Horse Pike, Runnemede, New Jersey 08078

Nominations for Local Union Officers of Local 7 including President, Secretary Treasurer, Marble Vice Chairman, Terrazzo Vice Chairman and Tile Vice Chairman will be held at the Mega Meeting:

Saturday, May 11, 2013, 9:00 AM, at the

Knights of Columbus, 49-18 Queens Blvd., Woodside, New York 11377

Chapter elections will take place by secret ballot at each of the above named locations during the June scheduled Chapter Meetings. If it is necessary for Local 7 to conduct a Local Union Officers election the Chapter Chair elections will be held in conjunction with the Local Union Officer elections at each of the respective chapter’s polling locations.

Any member in good standing may be a candidate for office and must be nominated by another member in good standing.
